Evaporative Condenser

Evaporative condenser is a crucial component in many industrial cooling systems, combining the principles of both air-cooled and water-cooled systems to enhance efficiency. It works by cooling refrigerant through a heat exchange process and where water is sprayed over coils while air is simultaneously drawn across the coils to aid in evaporation. As the water evaporates, the evaporative condensers absorbs heat from the refrigerant, which is then the cooled before being returned to the system.

Evaporative condensers are commonly used in HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial processes where high heat rejection is required. They offer the advantage of higher cooling efficiency compared to air-cooled systems because they utilize power of  evaporative cooling effect, which is more effect in hot and dry climates. These condensers are energy-efficient, require less space, and are ideal for systems where water is readily available and can be managed effectively.

Types of Evaporative Condensers

Combine flow Evaporative Condenser

Evaporative Condenser is a device that converts refrigerant contained within a closed circuit from a heated vapor to a cooled liquid form by the evaporation of water sprayed on the exterior

Counter flow Evaporative Condenser

The evaporative condensers is one of the most important parts of the whole refrigeration system. The condenser condenses the refrigerant gas inside the coil and complete a heat exchange circle.
